Kassandra Villarreal is a Counselor with a calling to serve parents, children, and families. She is a LPC Associate, Supervised by Crystal Cox, M.Ed., LPC-S, RPT. Kassandra has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Minor in Sociology, from Texas A&M University- Kingsville. Also, she holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi. Kassandra has worked with children, youth, and families in her role as Youth Specialist with the Texas Department of Family & Protective Services, the “STAR”- Services to At-Risk Youth Counselor with Connections, and as a Parenting Coach. Bringing her educational and employment experience together to serve clients at Serenity is a dream come true. It is especially important to Kassandra to be at a center that focuses on a spiritual connection and relationship with God, as her Faith has been a major part of her healing process in her own life. Kassandra resides in Ingleside, with her husband, Ron, who is her college sweetheart, and their 2 sons, both in Primary School. Having been married for 12 years, Kassandra and Ron have created a loving home with God, church, and family at the center. As a couple, Ron & Kassandra enjoy date nights out to local restaurants, catching a good movie here & there at the theatre, and taking the occasional weekend trip to San Antonio. As a family, they attend church on Sundays and enjoy taking the boys to the park, Dave & Busters, FunTrackers, and, of course, Jiu Jitsu Practice.
